UrbanSnowCo accepts returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Non-Refundable Items

Refund Process

Once UrbanSnowCo receives and inspects the returned item, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error made by UrbanSnowCo or a defective product.
